A 52/Male patient from Dhar (M.P.) has been reported to Smile Curve Dental Clinic, Indore. He has two broken teeth with root pieces remaining in the mouth.

Dr Pankaj Mehar,Restorative & Cosmetic dentistry specialist has decided not to remove the root pieces.
A conservative approach has been utilised & Root canal treatment for the root pieces has been planned. Restorative dentist has decided to utilise the root pieces as a post for future crowns. The Root canal treatment is done. Core built up using ready made carbon fiber post with high strength composite is done. Gum contouring in order to increase the length of crown is done with a radio frequency electrode ( TCS II by coltene ). Now its ready for Impression taking.

CAD CAM PFM restoration over these prepared teeth is cemented

This side of the patient is now completely rehabilitated & he is ready to eat from this side confidently.
