A case presented at Smile Curve Dental Clinic , Indore with a partially edentulos mandibular ridge.We plan to place a dental implant supported bridge in this situation.The age of the patient is 73 years & he is borderline diabetic.We prepare this case first by controlling his blood sugar level to normal.We maintain high level of sterilisation in our clinic.That is why this implant surgery has been done successfully with no post op complications till date.

1.Two implant site are planned at the location 34 & 36.

2.Gingivaformer are placed at the implants.

3.Milled abutments in position.

4.Dental implant supported bridge is now cemented.
